About the Experience

An evening of herbal tea and guided meditation at Okūma Tea Lounge — a hidden ritual space tucked inside a quiet residential building in Budapest's District VII.

The session begins with a ceremonial preparation of herbal infusions, each chosen for their calming properties. A guided meditation takes place, using the sensory presence of the tea — warmth, scent, taste — as an anchor for presence. Gergő brings his deep knowledge of tea traditions to the experience.
